I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at support@chancellorcreative.com within 7 days. Include damage photos, your order number, and any other helpful details. We’ll respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
