What’s your return policy?
We don’t currently offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s any issue with your order, please contact us at support@chancellorcreative.com — we’re here to help and make it right.

Can I request a refund?
Refunds are available if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If that’s the case, send us an email at support@chancellorcreative.com with photos, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Do you offer size/color exchanges?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please check the size chart in the product description of each item. In the rare event that you receive a mislabeled item, simply email us at support@chancellorcreative.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
